Chakras- the stations or locations of spiritual energy within the human body are the focal points of a Yogi during mediation for Kundalini Jagaran. One of the ways for Kundalini Jagaran or spiritual awakening is by meditating on these Chakras, visualizing them in their colors designated by Yoga and Tantra, and envisioning the movement of Kundalini in our body. Through this oil painting, the Chakras in various colors are highlighted, to aid the process of meditation. The inverted triangle (Shakti) and triangle (Shiva) united are the experiential zenith of this meditation.
