Preface

Some facts collect about the village of Tinno and its monastery, Zongs Gonpa, have been presented in the book for the benefit of the visitors to the village, its inhabitants and all those who are interested. A traditional ceremonial song entitled Lha-rgyas, which is sung in the Losar (lo-gsar), New Year Festival, all over sTod, is also appended.
