Foreword

Celesital objects called Planets (Grahas) are constantly moving and revolving in the Solar Systems. Ancient Hindu Scriptures reveal that man's Destiny, his Deeds, Good or Bad, in life is decided by these planets.

According to an Individual's horoscope Planets bestow, both benefits or give hardship to a person. But the hardships can be removed or their effects could be reduced and one can lead a pleasant life. For that he must know beforehand through his horoscope what the planets have for him in store. From the very inception of civilization, our ancestors are worshiping Sun God and Other Planets. Temples have been built for all the Nine Planets called Navagrahas.

The Sages and Seers born in our holy land, have given directions to us, through Shlokaas & Mantraas for the performance of rites, in order to please the planetory Gods (Navagrahas)

We have incorporated Shlokaas & Mantraas on Navaagrahaas in this book titled 'Nauagraha Stotrani'.

There are Special Temples for all the Planets which is called as 'Navagraha Sthalaas'. It is important that every one should visit such Temples. However when it is not possible to do so) these Shlokaas and Mantraas will help in getting rid of the sufferings due to evil influence of Planets or Grahas.

By reciting these Divine Shlokaas blessings of the planetary gods can be obtained. Moreover Good Health) Wealth) Name) Fame along with Beauty) Strength and Success) in life can be achieved.

We sincerely pray the Almighty that the Devotees get the Blessings and obtain maximum benefit by chanting these Shlokaas. We are planning to bring out another book which would contain meaning of these shlokaas.
